Residents
To access the Residents' Section of the website you will need to register your email with Hunters Creek North and utilize that registered email address as a Google account Username. If you receive emails from HCNNA at your email address, it is already registered for access to the Residents' Section. For those using Gmail, your Gmail username (or Google Workspace full email address) is already your Google account Username. If your registered email address is from another provider please create your account following these instructions.
If you are having trouble accessing the Residents' Section, please make sure:
You are already receiving HCNNA emails at the email address associated with your Google account.
Your email address is a Google account (e.g. a 'gmail' account or use the link above to create a Google account for your non-gmail address)
Your device's 'default' Google / gmail account is the one you've registered with HCNNA and receives HCNNA group emails.
There is no technical support available from our all-volunteer HOA. The access process relies on basic technology used daily by tens of millions of people so if it's broken we would see the outage on mainstream news outlets. All cases of access problems have been resolved by confirming the three items, above; please confirm each item before reaching out for help. The first reply to help inquiries will be to request you confirm each item, and this confirmation has historically resolved 100% of inquiries.
