Hunters Creek North
Neighborhood Association
Hunters Creek North Homeowners Association was incorporated in 1989 as a non-profit homeowners organization with the State of Texas to represent the homeowners in the three development Units of Hunters Creek North (HCN).
HCN Homeowners Association is self-managed and governed by a volunteer board representing all Units and overseeing administration of their respective Restrictive Covenants. Unit 1 and Unit 3 are required to pay an annual assessment which is set by the association board in accordance with Bylaws. Unit 2 homeowners have the option of paying the annual assessment for the services and amenities funded by those assessments. Within Hunters Creek North only current members of the Association are given access to the Queens Forest Swim & Tennis Club (QFSTC) swimming pool, cabana, tennis courts, pickleball and basketball court. The QFSTC is a separate organization with representation on its board from HCN and Park Forest.
HCN resides within the City of San Antonio City Council distridistrictct 8. The neighborhood is in close proximity to the Cody Public Library and Phil Hardberger Park as well as Orsinger Park. It is served by Oak Meadow Elementary, Jackson Middle School, and Churchill High School in the North East Independent School District.Â
